ComplyFlow helps UK businesses collect, track, and chase compliance documents from counterparties. The service includes a dashboard, upload portal, email notifications, and document processing features.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure
• You must have authority to add counterparties and send them document requests
• You must comply with UK data protection law when using the service

• Use ComplyFlow only for lawful compliance and document collection purposes
• Do not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service
• Do not use the service to spam or harass counterparties
• Ensure counterparties are informed why you are collecting their documents

We use automated extraction (OCR and rules) to read expiry dates and certificate details. Extracted data should be reviewed before relying on it for compliance decisions. ComplyFlow assists your process but does not replace your legal or professional judgement.

During pilot access, the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may change features, limits, or pricing with notice. Pilot feedback may be used to improve the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under English law.
